Full Day Preschool Program ages 12 months to 5 years, full time/part time

The daily fee is $55.00.  We require payment every Friday in advance for the following week.  Weekly or monthly receipts will be issued at your preference.  We accept cash, cheque or Etransfer.  Please note that there is a $45.00 processing fee for any cheque that does not clear.  That fee must be paid immediately along with the weekly funds in cash.  We have a ‘one strike rule’.  This means that if you pay by cheque and a cheque does not clear, you will only be allowed to pay by cash or Etransfer moving forward.  Please note that when starting care with us, there is a one (1) week deposit needed.  This money will be applied to your last week once you have given notice.  If terminating your care, please note that we require a minimum of two (2) weeks notice in writing.

Before and After School Program

We do not provide care before school.  The daily fee is $20.00 for the after school program.  We will provide both a snack, games and outdoor time.  This fee also includes your child’s scheduled school P.D. days. These fees will be paid every Friday in advance for the following week.  Weekly or monthly receipts will be issued at your preference.

Late Fee Payment Policy

If you cannot pay on time, care will be terminated.  Please see above.

Late Pick Up Policy

In the event you cannot pick up your child on time, you must call or text us to let us know when you will arrive.  A late fee of $10.00 will apply.  This must be paid when you pick up your child.  We have a 5 minute grace period so the late pick up fee applies anytime after 5:35pm.
