Parents must give us two (2) weeks notice for vacation. Please note the daily fee will not apply.

Each full time child will have five (5) vacation days and five (5) sick days allotted to them per calendar year.

If your child is part time, you will be allotted as many days your child attends the centre per week.  For example, if your child attends three (4) days per week, you will have three (4) vacation and three (4) sick days allotted to you per calendar year.

Please note that vacation must be taken a week or two weeks at a time. You cannot take one day here, one day there throughout the year.

Being a parent myself, I understand that while we all do our best for our children, they may get sick from time to time. In the event that I or my child is sick, Carters Home Care will close for the day adhering to the centres illness policy. Please note the daily fee will NOT apply.
