A sick child will not be accepted into the centre.  If your child has any symptoms of ill health, you will need to keep them and care for them until they are well.

If a child exhibits signs of ill health while at our centre, your child will be isolated and you will be notified for pick up.  You will be given a two (2) hour window to have your child picked up.  Signs of ill health are things like a fever over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, extreme tiredness, vomiting, diarrhea etc.  Note: regarding chronic coughing; it will be up to my discretion to determine if your
child is not well and must be picked up. Your child must be 24hr symptom free before returning to the centre.

In the event your child has a very high fever, chronic vomiting or continuous diarrhea, you will be notified and pick up will need to be immediate.

In the event your child is diagnosed from a doctor with a virus, you must contact us ASAP with the name and description of the virus.  This is to ensure the safety and health of our other children/families and our centre.  A doctors note may be required if your child returns and still shows symptoms of illness.  My discretion will be used.

If your child has been given prescribed medication, your child must have been given 24hrs of medication before returning to the centre.
